Case Manager III - Forensic Intervention Specialist
This is a full time position that will be responsible for providing drug and alcohol and mental health intervention services to the incarcerated population at the Mercer County Jail. This position will be responsible to implement a series of drug and alcohol related group, individual, and family sessions to the identified population related to substance abuse education as well as recovery and relapse prevention. This position will coordinate referrals to this program with the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas as well as the Mercer County Jail in the identification and referral of participants to the program. Position will act as lead facilitator within the group sessions. Position will also deliver mental health interventions including crisis intervention and risk assessment.
Qualified candidate must have at minimum a bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years experience in Human Services. Must possess a minimum of one year clinical experience facilitating treatment and/or psycho-educational intervention groups. Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances will be required. Competitive salary provided, commensurate with experience and education of the candidate.
